Last night I took pictures of a thunder storm over the Buda Castle. It was very beautiful, deep and a bit scary. From the nearby coffee shops one could hear live jazz performance, beautiful and lonely. How lonely one can be among people.
I spent about 2 hours trying to capture a lightening. Just when I took this picture the storm reached me.
The strong wind didn’t allow me to keep the camera still anymore and the pouring rain was not helping either 🙂 Trying to hide from the storm, I found another healing music performance, so beautiful and so inspiring…

Last night I stopped by the park Tabán just behind the Budavári Palota (also called the Royal Palace). Just after working hours is full of people walking their dogs, but the rush hour is 6-7:30ish then the place is very peaceful with amazing view. You can see how Budapest is waking up for its night life. Lovely place.

This morning I didn’t feel like coffee in the office and decided to substitute the regular white Guinness with a fruity one. Got flavored water in the pint and added three fresh strawberries. At home I went a step further and added some ice, honey and lemons to make it more colourful and tint the grey night:)

When Everything else is gone, music is always there, at a full battery distance 🙂

Concentration boost

Revision season is open. Any books that are not on the reading list will be confiscated! No fast literature, no fantasy books allowed! Focus on academic reading. How? Especially after the holiday and before the upcoming semester break. Here what I found on youtube while trying to focus on the coursework readings:

I am sure there are much better ones, but that works for now. The other option is to pick one of the guided meditations on youtube, for instance, and just relax for about 10-15 minutes till the hormones that are pushing you towards your phone or facebook profile calm down 🙂
